Therapeutic, satisfying, some might say a guilty pleasure, few can resist an unfinished jigsaw calling to them from the table. John Spilsbury, a London cartographer, and engraver is believed to have produced the first "jigsaw" puzzle around 1760. So we've been hooked on 'em for a good while now.
