Shipping policy
Planet Retro currently ships throughout New Zealand and Australia. While we don't yet deliver to galaxies far, far away, we do use a variety of carriers to get your order safely to its destination. Here's how it works:

ORDER PROCESSING
If when processing your order we discover a possible delay, or for whatever reason we are unable to supply an item, we'll email you quick smart to discuss available options to put it right. Â
We charge fair, NZ-wide courier rates based on size and weight, so every order is packed, insured, and delivered the way it should be.
Depending on the carrier, parcels will be delivered in the next 2-4 working days to addresses in the main metro areas of both North and South Islands. For smaller centres allow another working day for delivery.

AUSTRALIA DELIVERIES
Planet Retro currently ships to Australia and New Zealand only.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of your order.
Australian orders are shipped using trusted carriers selected through our shipping network. Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and carrier services available at the time of dispatch. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply to Australian deliveries remain the responsibility of the customer.
PO Box Addresses
Please note that we’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes for overseas orders.
Our international courier partners (including UPS, DHL, and NZ Post Courier) require a physical street address for delivery.
If you enter a P.O. Box address, we’ll contact you to request an alternative address before your parcel can be shipped. Orders that can’t be re-addressed may need to be cancelled and refunded.
