RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canāt offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards and some health and personal care items cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.Ā Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned clothing must be in the same condition it was sent. We carefully document each garment before shipping, including detailed photos and descriptions. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations not present at the time of purchase arenāt eligible for a return or a refund. Our original product images and descriptions will be used as the point of reference when assessing any return requests.
There are certain other situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.Ā Please note in regards to Funko Pop Vinyls - Funko Pops can show minor paint or packaging imperfections. Funko does not consider these defects. While we strive to deliver the best condition, we cannot accept returns due to minor flaws or minor package damage.Ā
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Clothing:Ā Brand sizes can differ, especially with vintage pieces. Full measurements are listed on each item, so please check carefully before purchasing. All clothing sales are final and refunds arenāt available for fit or change-of-mind.
If returning an item once it is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Ā Ā If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.Ā Likewise if you are cancelling an order, we will action the refund as soon as we are able but please note, your refund can take anything from 1-3 working days or more for banks to process it.Ā

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiry@planetretro.co.nzĀ
SHIPPING OF RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donāt guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDSĀ (if applicable)
If you havenāt received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Ā Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted (typically up to 3 working days or more).
