No maker's marks but we have seen these pieces on one Hungarian auction site and another German one. Guessing therefore that these are European in origin. Perhaps for liqueur or similar? There was probably a cork stopper in the jug originally.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUse for drinks, as an excellent display collectable or flower vases. Estimate circa 1970s.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo cracks or chips on any of the pieces. Light crazing only on the cups in places if you look closely. Overall excellent condition. universe.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHe is an old carving, the wood staining is a bit faded and worn and there are some cracks and knocks here and there, adding to his old world
