Funko Pop Vinyl of Supernatural's Dean Winchester #94 with the demon blade knife. Metallic bloody variant. A vaulted 2014 release collectible.
Condition: Pop itself is in as new condition but there is some box damage. Minor sun fade on front and yellowing on the clear plastic. Crushing bottom left corner and what looks like some water damage. In other words best suited as a filler in your collection, or for an out of box collector. Price reduced accordingly. Regardless - Dean is still the man and this is a beautiful pop!

How Do I Make An Order?
Just click on the product of your choice, add it to your cart. This will take you to your shopping cart where quantities can also be changed. Then click 'checkout' to fill out your shipping and payment details. Either enter your credit card details to pay for your chosen items or we also offer other payment options.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Your shipping rate is displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of items and your geographical location. Deliveries are sent with no signature required.
Depending on the carrier, parcels will be delivered in the next 2-4 working days to addresses in the main metro areas of both North and South Islands. For smaller centres allow another working day for delivery.
Residential and Rural deliveries (RD) can take up to an extra 24 to 72 hours as some carriers pass their parcels onto RD contractors who then make the delivery. Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point agreed with you.
Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed.
We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.
How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
Most orders take 2-4 days nationwide, with rural and South Island orders usually taking an extra day.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

Planet Retro accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

Can I Return My Items?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please contact us to see if you are eligible for a return or refund.
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Planet Retro is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Please note in regards to Funko Pop Vinyls - Funko Pops can show minor paint or packaging imperfections. Funko does not consider these defects. While we strive to deliver the best condition, we cannot accept returns due to minor flaws or minor package damage. Thank you for understanding.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
If returning an item once it is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Likewise if you are cancelling an order, we will action the refund as soon as we are able but please note, your refund can take anything from 1-3 working days or more for banks to process it.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted (typically up to 3 working days or more).

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiry@planetretro.co.nz
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
